Data use boundary

Users may fill in undisclosed product information, price caliber, market positioning, internal correction materials or sampling records in corporate standard facts and AI answer samples. The system only uses these data for visibility calculation, deviation identification, strategy generation and report export within this site; it will not claim or default to sending the data to third-party AI tools. Current 10 role review additions: standard_facts and sample_upload Must prompt for data minimization before uploading: Do not upload personally identifiable information, keys, contracts, customer lists, non-essential financial/medical/legal materials, or irrelevant sensitive information. ;Collect only the queries, AI tools, answer text, sampling times, optional source links, and authorized enterprise standard facts required to complete the analysis. ;Uploaded files must undergo server-side type, size, encoding and content security verification; parsing failure must not generate derived results. ; The export report must support hiding, summarizing or desensitizing standard_facts, AI original text excerpts, sample file names and source links. ; When deleting projects or samples, relevant samples, derived reports, deviation items and audit traceability boundaries should be processed; external exported content will not be affected by the deletion of this site.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project data, uploaded samples, indicator batches, deviation items and strategy packages are retained for 180 days by default; administrators can delete them in advance. After deletion, the report and workflow status of this site cannot be traced, but it will not affect the content that users have saved or published in external systems.

Human responsibility and rollback

This product outputs monitoring reports and strategic recommendations calculated based on AI answer samples, enterprise standard facts and query sets provided by users or imported with authorization. AI answers are volatile, and metrics are affected by sample source, time window, region, model version, and query wording; the report is not guaranteed to represent the true overall performance of all AI tools, nor is there any guarantee that optimization recommendations will change third-party AI answers.

Rollback only refers to restoring the monitoring scope version, indicator report version, deviation review status, or policy package approval status within this site; it does not mean rolling back third-party AI tools, search results, corporate official websites, content management systems, or other unconnected external production systems.
